Chef Nick served crab cakes, prosciutto with melon, baby squash, homemade mushroom ravioli, perfectly cooked salmon, and an amazing salad with fresh herbs and a delicious vinaigrette. Every dish carried notes of fresh basil, good olive oil, and butter.
