The Hardware Store offers two spaces perfect for hosting your next private gathering.
The Mercantile
The Mercantile, adjacent to The Hardware Store Restaurant, features a private room to enjoy your next special occasion, a private cooking class or a family and friends gathering. The Mercantile can accommodate up to 16 people.
THE GALLERY
The Gallery, a semi-private dining room, features local artist paintings, a long custom made live-edge table, located in the back of the restaurant. The Gallery can accommodate up to 16 people.
THE DETAILS
Menu Selection
Our event coordinator will work with our guests to plan a cohesive and well thought out menu to ensure a wonderful dining experience. One week, in advance of the event, the pre-set menu dinner choices and final guest count will need to be decided.
Wine, Beer and Cocktail Selection
Our event coordinator will guide the guest through our wines, beer and cocktail list. We will offer selections that best compliment your food menu selection. One week, in advance of the event, the selection of wines, beer and cocktails will need to be decided.
Booking and Billing
We take a credit card to hold any main floor reservation for eight or more guests. This does not need to be the card used for payment. We will present the table with one bill, unless other terms have been arranged in advance. A 20% gratuity will be added to the bill.
Cancellation
We require 1 full week’s notice for any cancellation on a private group/pre-set menu. In the unlikely event of a last minute cancellation, a service fee of $25.00 per person will be charged to the credit card on hold.
